Terms of Use
Last updated: May 28, 2026
By using World Radio Stations (the Android app and the site, together the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any of them, please don’t use the service.
1. The service is provided “as is”
The service is provided “as is”, without any warranties — express or implied. We don’t guarantee that:
- all radio stations will always be available;
- streaming quality will be continuous or uninterrupted;
- the app will work without errors on all devices;
- the catalog of stations will remain unchanged.
2. Radio content
The service does not create, host or distribute radio content. It acts solely as an intermediary that plays publicly available third-party audio streams — those of the respective radio stations.
All rights to the broadcast content (music, talk, ads and more) belong to the respective radio stations and/or their licensors, not to us.
3. Responsibility for content
We are not responsible for the content broadcast by the stations accessible through the service — including its accuracy, legality, suitability or quality. Complaints or questions about specific radio content should be directed to the relevant station.
4. Age limit
The service is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 13, please don’t use the service. Some broadcast programs may contain language or topics unsuitable for younger children — parental discretion is advised.
5. Termination and changes
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:
- terminate access for a user who violates these terms;
- change the functionality or design of the app;
- discontinue support for the app entirely.
6. Advertising
The service is supported by advertising — Google AdMob in the app and Adsterra on the site. By using the service, you accept the display of these ads. We don’t control the content of the ads themselves. For details on data processing in ads, see the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The name “World Radio Stations”, the logo, the app design and the site belong to the developer. The names and logos of the radio stations belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. We have no right to redistribute the content broadcast by the stations — which is why the streams come directly from their servers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including, but not limited to, loss of data, interruption of work or lost profits.
9. Third-party links
The service contains links and integrations with third parties — Radio Browser, Google AdMob, Adsterra, and the radio stations whose streams we play. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and the country in which the operator is established. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the service will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
